- כַּיְילָא, כַּיְלָאm. (preced.) measure. B. Mets.40a (Ms. H. בכילתא, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 6). Bets.38b כיי׳ חסריה Ms. M. (ed. כי׳) he lessened the measure (quantity) of his wheat by taking out the pebbles. Ib. 29a מנא דכ׳ a vessel used for measuring.
